Because 1)She's the longest and firstest friend (of Goku's) that was introduced in the beginning of the series. 2) She hangs out with the z gang more than the other dbz girls. 3)She is the wife of a very proud, ignorant, arrogant, overly confident hot headed man, that no one ever expected.
